GC Complete Tri-Meet in Greensboro

The Quakers ventured across town for a tri-meet facing Salem College, Randolph College and Greensboro College at Reynolds Student Life Center. Overall, GC bested one of their three opponents on the day.

Josephine Hemmer finished 3rd in the 200 backstroke, finishing with a time of 3:07.12. Ashley Linden also competed in the event and finished 4th with a time of 3:30.12.

Kiersten Walker competed in the 100 fly and 200 free, finishing 3rd and 5th, respectively. Cormack also competed in the 200 free and finished 4th with a time of 3:03.87.

Allie Rodriguez competed in the 100 and 200 breaststroke and finished 4th in each, with a time of 1:30.79 and 3:24.23, respectively.

Knox Butka & Hannah Lambeth competed in the 100 free. Butka finished 7th with a time of 1:35.29 while Lambeth finished in 8th with a time of 1:50.61.

Guilford's next meet will be on the road, January 27 at 2 p.m. The Quakers will face St. Mary's College of Maryland & William Peace University in Hampden-Sydney, Va.
