The Guilford College women's swimming team traveled to Hollins University to face the host institution along with Sweet Briar. The Quakers fell to Hollins, 142-49, and to Sweet Briar, 112-60.
Corbin Jacocks led the way for Guilford as she won all three individual events she entered. Her times were 1:11.60 (100 Fly), 2:13.15 (200 Free) and 2:31.31 (200 IM).
Kiersten Walker finished second in the 100 Fly with a time of 1:36.98. Walker also finished third in the 200 Back (3:21.65) and fifth in the 200 Free (2:56.54).
Allie Rodriguez placed second in the 100 Back (1:28.16) and fifth in the 50 Free (35.27).
Hannah Lambeth was the other swimmer for the Quakers as she took part in the 100 Breast (1:59.09), 50 Free (45.88) and the 100 Free (1:48.34).
Guilford's next event will be the Mid-Season Pacer Invitational hosted by William Peace University. The invite will take place on Friday, November 17 and Saturday, November 18.
