RESULTS
The Guilford College women's swimming team traveled to Cary, North Carolina for a tri-meet between Pfeiffer University and the host William Peace University.
The afternoon got started with the 200 Medley Relay as the quartet of
Carrie Greene,
Nili Ocran,
Kiersten Walker and
Josephine Hemmer swam with a time of 2:37.48. Later in the day, a similar quartet of Ocran, Greene, Walker and
Hannah Lambeth finished the 200 Free Relay with a time of 2:35.09.
Individually, Hemmer swam the 200 IM (3:13.06) and the 500 Free (7:48.43). Lambeth took part in the 50 Free (41.02) and the 100 Free (1:41.44) while Walker was in the 100 Fly with a time of 1:33.17. Greene also swam in the 100 Back (1:30.66) while Ocran finished the 100 Breast with a time of 1:47.95.
The women's swimming team travels to WInston-Salem, N.C. for a tri-meet with Salem College and Pfeiffer University on Saturday, February 4.
