LYNCHBURG, VA (2/19/05) -- Guilford's Brittiany Green had 28 points and 12 boards to lead Guilford College to a 71-56 victory over Lynchburg College Saturday in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) regular season finale for both teams.

The Hornets and Quakers took a 34-34 tie into halftime, but a 7-0 run with 8:46 left in the second half sealed the game for Guilford College. Caroline Wesley had a team-high 18 points for Lynchburg, while Mandi Campbell scored 15 points, draining three of her nine three-point attempts. Lacey Currle chipped in with seven points, six rebounds and two steals.

Jennifer King filled the stat sheet for Guilford (11-14, 9-11 ODAC), finishing with 18 points, eight assists, seven rebounds and four steals. Guilford's Courtney Hill added 20 points and nine boards, as the Quakers only had four players that scored.

Lynchburg ends its 2004-05 season with a 8-17 overall record, while posting a 5-15 ODAC mark
