GREENSBORO, N.C. – Guilford College Student-Athletes excelled academically in the 2026 spring term.
The Dean's List featured 152 Quaker student-athletes with a 3.5 or better GPA for the spring semester. Of that group, 58 student-athletes had a 4.0 in the term.
Of the 19 active Guilford athletic programs, with indoor and outdoor track & field counted as one program and flag football not included prior to them beginning competition next academic year, the Quakers featured 14 squads that posted a GPA of 3.20 or above.
Women's triathlon led all teams with a 3.93 GPA. Women's basketball followed with an overall mark of 3.82 with volleyball rounding out the top-three with a 3.78 GPA. Men's basketball led all men's teams with a 3.49 GPA. The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Champion men's golf team followed with a GPA of 3.36 with baseball finishing the top three men's programs with a 3.28 GPA.

Sadie Cyr (Hadley, Mass.) selected as a Division-III Scholar All-American by USA Triathlon. Additionally, two Quakers were selected as the ODAC/Va. Farm Bureau Scholar-Athlete of the Year in their respective sports, as women's basketball's
Anna Giannopoulou (Athens, Greece) and men's tennis'
Andres Mercedes (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) received the honor.
