ASHLAND, Va. -- The Guilford College women's soccer team fell at Randolph-Macon College Saturday afternoon, 2-0.

THE BASICS

• Score: Randolph Macon 2, Guilford 0

• Records: Randolph Macon 7-7-0 (4-3-0 ODAC), Guilford 9-5-1 (3-4-1 ODAC)

• Location: R-MC Soccer Field - Ashland, Va. 

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• The contest opened with both team's recording a shot on-goal, the Quaker's was owned by Madison Green.

• It took just over 16 minutes before Randolph-Macon was able to make the scoreboard to go up 1-0 on Guilford.

• The second half mirrored the first, as it took the Yellow Jackets just under 20 minutes to post their tally to extend their lead.

• Despite being bombarded with shots, GC was able to keep R-MC at bay, on dropping a two goal decision. 

QUAKERS' TOP PERFORMERS

• Ady Franken had a solid effort in goal, recording 10 saves on 12 shots faced.

• While Madison Green was the lone Quaker with an on-goal attempt, Katie Kaznowski pitched in with a shot.

Guilford will travel to Randolph College on Wednesday, slated for a 7 p.m. ODAC meeting.
