A well matched pair, each team was able to record one shot on-goal in the first half, while the hosts also added a few off the mark attempts as well.

Guilford was able to break through the Shenandoah defense early in the second half, as Madison Green recorded that game-winning-goal at 54:22.

A win not without a fight by the defeated, the Hornets put up six shots after the Quaker score, two of which were on goal.

In goal for the Quakers, Ady Franken made four saves to move her season record to 6-4-1, good enough for fourth in the ODAC. Franken is currently second in the conference in saves with a total of 77.
