GREENSBORO, N.C.---Guilford College dropped a Wednesday evening Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) men's soccer contest to visiting Lynchburg College, 3-0.

Lynchburg's Fredy Flores struck early for the Hornets inside the 18-yard box, receiving a Luke Moore cross from the left side for the game's first goal in the 2nd minute.  Brandon Webster picked up Lynchburg's second goal in the 39th minute on a breakaway up the middle of the field.  Ben Grossfuss posted Lynchburg's only second half goal off a deflection, heading the ball into the net inside the six-yard box to widen the lead, 3-0.

Lynchburg outshot Guilford, 19-9, and held the advantage on corner kicks, 7-1.

Marko Mandalinic made five saves in net for the Quakers before being replaced by Eric Hayes for the final 16:35 of the contest.  Lynchburg's Sam Cannon made three stops.

Guilford (4-8-1, 3-2-1 ODAC) return to action Saturday, traveling to Eastern Mennonite University for a 7 p.m. ODAC contest.
