GREENSBORO N.C. - As the lone competitor for Guilford triathlon, sophomore Sadie Cyr (Hadley, Mass.) crossed the finish line first in the women's collegiate division of the Nat Greene Revenge Triathlon, with a time of 1:26:50.55, Saturday morning.

Cyr entered the water for the 800-meter swim with the first group, finishing the first leg of the race in 13:24.03 before transitioning to the bike swiftly in just over 22 seconds.
 
Averaging a speed of 17.4 miles per hour on the bike, Cyr completed her ride in 43: 07.65. She then transitioned to the run in 31.91 seconds.
 
Cyr ran the five kilometers (3.1 miles) in 29:24.45, averaging a 9:03 per mile pace, to cross the finish line first.
