GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Old Dominion Athletic Conference has announced its football preseason poll, and Guilford College has been picked to finish eighth this year.
The Quakers open up the season on the road Saturday, September 3, against Greensboro College. Kick-off is set for 12 p.m. ODAC play begins October 1, with a start time of 1 p.m. at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia.
Randolph-Macon College has been picked to win the regular season title, with a total of 48 points and six first place votes. Defending ODAC champs, Washington and Lee University are slated to finish second this year, with 43 points and two first place votes. Hampden-Sydney College received 36 points for a third place finish.
