The Guilford College softball team traveled to sixth-ranked Randolph-Macon for a conference doubleheader. The Quakers were swept by the Yellow Jackets, 7-0 and 7-0.
Game 1: Randolph-Macon 7, Guilford 0
In the opening game, Randolph-Macon had complete control of the game. The hosts scored three runs in the third, one in the fourth and three sixth. The Yellow Jackets held Guilford to no hits and no base runners.

Similar to game one, R-MC took early control with a home run in the opening frame. The Yellow Jackets then added a run in the third, two in the fourth and three more in the sixth.
The Quakers had multiple runners in scoring position but were not able to convert on any chances.
Guilford will travel to Ferrum College on Wednesday, April 13 to face the Panthers. Game one is set for 5:00 p.m.
