Winston-Salem, N.C. (10/24/06) -- Guilford College ended a 12-match losing streak Tuesday night with a 30-17, 30-15, 30-12 nonconference volleyball victory over Salem College. The Quakers improve to 3-23 with the win. The Spirits fall to 0-18.

Sophomore setter Becca Jones paced the Quakers with 17 assists. Sophomore right-side hitter Meagan Tucker (left) had a team-high 10 kills and junior outside hitter Jenny Conner contributed seven putaways. Sophomore libero Kaci Loeffler led the defense with 14 digs.

The Quakers return to action Thursday (10/26) at Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) rival Emory & Henry.
