Guilford College

Lamb has assisted Guilford College softball since 2018 and is the hitting instructor for the program and works on the team's approach to hitting. Additionally, he works to increase and grow the players' abilities when playing the game. Currently is the owner of Cage 2 Stage Athletics which is an athletic training facility for both baseball and softball teams. Over 15 years of coaching travel softball.

Currently resides in High Rock Lake with his wife Jamiee. Enjoys fishing and playing golf when away from the diamond.
