Biography

Career

  • graduated with a career .286 batting average and collected 95 hits, 63 runs scored, 50 RBIs and 25 stolen bases
  • also earned four victories in the circle during her first two seasons with the Quakers as a two-way player
  • recorded a 3.78 ERA with 39 strikeouts in 37.0 innings pitched

2016

  • made 22 appearances with 18 starts for the Quakers
  • hit .224 in 49 at-bats with nine runs scored and six RBIs
  • successful in all three of her stolen base attempts
  • best performance came February 28 in an 11-0 Guilford victory over Sweet Briar College when she was 3-for-3 with two runs scored and a walk in the contest

2015

  • appeared in 37 games, mostly as an outfielder
  • had a .327 batting average, fourth on the team
  • had 33 hits, fifth on the team, and 15 RBI, fourth on the team
  • went 10-11 in stolen base attempts
  • had seven multi-hit games, four of which were two RBI games

2014

  • played 40 games for the Quakers, mostly starting in right field
  • pitched in five games, including one start at Sweet Briar April 5 where she pitched the second perfect game in program history
  • batted .265 with five doubles, one home run, and 17 RBI
  • finished 1-0 with a 1.80 ERA and 12 strikeouts in 11 2/3 innings
  • had six multi-hit games, including three-hit efforts against Methodist and Eastern Mennonite 

 

2013

  • played in 27 games, starting 22
  • had a .308 batting average, including 20 hits, four doubles, two home runs, and 11 RBIs
  • went 3-3 as a pitcher with a 4.70 ERA 
  • stood tied for third on the team with 27 strikeouts
  • best offensive appearance came in her college debut against William Peace University Feb. 20 when she had two hits, one home run, RBI, and a stolen base
  • best appearance from the mound came against Mary Baldwin University on Mar. 10, when she had five strikeouts in two innings
