GriffisHas impressive technical ability to match a fierce work ethic...2010: Appeared in all of Guilford's 19 games, starting three... 2009: Started 17 of 20 games played... scored two goals against Ferrum College (9/16) and Bridgewater College (9/26)... also had an assist against Averett University (9/9)... 2008: Started 16 games... finished the season with two assists, ranking third on the team... also finished with seven shots on goal... recorded assists against Randolph-Macon College (9/27) and nationally ranked North Carolina Wesleyan (10/14)... Personal: Six-time member of Guilford's Student-Athlete Honor Roll...a three-time Academic All-ODAC selection...played under coach Tom Rankin at Annapolis H.S…also lettered once in track…helped Freestate Thunder club team to the state semi-finals two years in a row…son of John and Chloe Griffis… Latin American studies minor... dean's list student.
