Randy Floars joined the Guilford College football staff in the Spring of 2022. He serves as the team's offensive line coach.

Floars joined the Quakers after being part of Next College Student-Athlete as a Recruiting Coordinator. Floars is a graduate of Wingate University where he was a four-year member of the team. He graduated with a bachelors in Sport Management.
