Justin Thirtyacre joined Guilford's coaching staff in August 2023 after serving as a Football Recruiting Assistant at Bethany College in late 2022. 

Thirtyacre completed a two-year playing career at Bethany as an offensive lineman before joining the coaching ranks, becoming the Assistant Offensive Line Coach for the 2021 season.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Management from Bethany College in May 2023.
