Career

  • finished his career with a .256 batting average, 88 hits, 17doubles and 41 RBIs

2013

  • started in 31 of the Quakers’ 38 games, mostly at firstbase
  • hit .255 with 27 hits, 27 runs scored, 18 RBIs, nine doublesand three home runs
  • best performance came Apr. 10 at conference-rival Emory andHenry University when he went two-for-three with three RBIs, ahomer, and a double
  • enjoyed nine multi-hit games this season, including three hitsand as many doubles at Hampden-Sydney College Mar. 30
  • through games of April 28, Slate ranked fifth in NCAA DivisionIII for being hit by a pitch a school-record 21 times

2012

  • appeared in 36 games, with 33 starts in the infield andoutfield
  • hit .246 in 114 at bats with 28 hits
  • led the team in hit by pitches (14), which tied for second inthe conference
  • scored 33 runs, which ranked third among Quakers’hitters
  • stole 11 bases, which ranked second on the team and fifth inthe conference
  • went 3-for-3 with five runs scored, three RBI, a stolen base,and a home run against Case Western Reserve Feb. 26

2011

  • started 32 of 34 games played for the Quakers this season,usually at third base or in the outfield
  • hit .267 with 16 runs and 11 runs batted in (RBI).
  • also led the team with six stolen bases
  • one of his best performances came when he wentone-for-three with two runs and two RBI in the Quakers' Apr. 2 18-6victory over Virginia Wesleyan College
  • crossed the plate three times and drove in one when he wenttwo-for-four in the Quakers' 12-3 victory over Piedmont College(Feb. 7)
