Career: A four-year letter winner... concluded his career with a 7-8 record and 7.96 ERA in 39 pitching appearances... struck out 72 batters in 115.1 innings of work... hit 260 for his career with 48 runs scored and 53 hits, including 17 doubles and 51 RBI's...  ranks seventh on Guilford's career list 17 home runs... 2001: Spent more time on the mound... pitched 11 games, starting nine... The Quakers' Most Valuable Pitcher... posted a career-high 5-4 record with a 5.73 earned run average (ERA)... finished first on the team in wins,ERA, and complete games... won his first three decisions of the year. He went the distance in Guilford's 4-3 win over Division II West Chester February 24... struck out a season-high six batters in a complete-game win over Emory & Henry, his final college pitching appearance...  at the plate hit .233 with nine runs batted in (RBI) and six doubles.... posted a season-high two hits in three at bats versus Washington and Lee...
