• started the year as Guilford’s top fullback and third-string running back

• carried six times for a season-high 63 rushing yards in a win over Averett University

• played in seven games, starting four, as a reserve H back
• had one reception for 25 yards against Washington and Lee University

• lettered four seasons for coach Marty Scotten at Jordan Matthews High School
• named 2013 Chatham County Player of the Year and team Most Valuable Player
• three-time All-Mid-State 2A Conference pick
• named Jordan Matthews' top offensive player as a junior
• graduated with the Jets' school record for rushing yards in a season (2,288)
• two-time all-conference baseball player who helped his team to two Mid-State 2A Conference Tournament titles
