2009: Appeared in nine games as a reserve fullback and on special teams... ranked fifth on the team in rushing yards... averaged a team-best 5.2 yards per carry... gained 27 yards on five carries, both career highs, versus Greensboro... had 25 yards on five carries at Methodist... Personal: Earned a spot on Guilford's Fall 2008 Student-Athlete Honor Roll... four-year varsity standout at Grimsley High School... captured All-Metro 4A Conference honors three times... helped the Whirlies to the 2005 4A state title game... Grimsley went 45-10 in Moore's four seasons, including 11-2 in 2007 under coach Mark Saunders.... National Honor Society member... also recruited by Campbell and Wofford College... son of David and Sonnie Moore... sports medicine and education double major.
