The Guilford College women's lacrosse team welcomed an ODAC foe, Ferrum College, to Appenzeller Field. The Quakers fell to the Panthers, 19-4.

Guilford took control of the first half within three minutes of the game by scoring the first two goals from Kellie Pearson and Maggie Hartnett. Ferrum was quick to respond as it scored nine-consecutive goals.

Pearson ended the run with a goal at 4:30 before Kylie Horn scored with 17 seconds left in the first half. The Panthers led 9-4 at the break.

Ferrum scored the only goals in the second half as it went on to win the game.

Guilford (4-10, 1-5) will travel to Virginia to battle Roanoke College on Saturday, April 23 at 12:00 p.m.
