Visiting University of Lynchburg took a 9-0 women's tennis win over Guilford College.
At first and third doubles, the Quakers fell by the score of 8-0. At second doubles,
Jolie Nhouyvanisvong and
Bea Niyibizi fell in their match, 8-1.
Madyson Schreiber and Niyibizi fell in their matches (first and fourth singles) by the scores of 6-0, 6-0.
Nya Reed and
Jessica Fuentes dropped their matches at No. 5 and 6, respectively, with Reed falling in straight sets (6-0, 6-1) and Fuentes falling 6-1, 6-0.
Hannah Pardue and Nhouyvanisvong also fell in their matches at No. 3 and No.4 by scores of 6-3, 6-2 and 6-2, 6-0, respectively.
Guilford (3-7, 3-4) will host Sweet Briar on Sunday, April 10 for Senior Day. Start time is 1:00 p.m.
