The Guilford College men's tennis team faced Roanoke College in a road matchup. The Quakers handled the Maroons, 9-0.

Drake Schreiber and Evan Wong kicked off the match with an 8-5 victory in first doubles. Jay Montague and Tye Sasser followed suit in second doubles, 8-3. In third doubles, Dominik Pocrnja and Andrew Ferris won by a clean sheet, 8-0.

Schreiber kept the momentum going in first singles with a win (6-0, 6-3). Montague won in straight sets in the second match, 6-0 and 6-0. Ferris also won his singles match, 6-2 and 6-0 while Wong won by similar scores at fourth singles, 6-0 and 6-2.

Sasser and Drew Clark rounded out the single matches with wins at fifth and sixth singles by scores of 6-3, 6-2 and 6-1, 6-1, respectively.

Guilford (5-2, 4-0) remains in Virginia to face the Bridgewater College Eagles on Sunday, March 20 at 1:00 p.m.
