GREENSBORO, N.C. – Randolph College claimed a 9-0 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) women's tennis win over host Guilford College Saturday.
The WildCats (12-5, 7-4 ODAC) swept the three doubles matches, losing just two games in the process. They also stopped Guilford in singles play as Verdezoto downed Hewitt at first singles, 6-1, 6-1, and Henry topped Giles, 6-0, 6-1, in the second flight.
Coach Dave McCain's Quakers (5-9, 4-6 ODAC) visit NAIA-member Bluefield College Sunday (4/13) for a 1:00 p.m. match rescheduled from earlier in the season.
