2015-16

• ran the second-fastest time (1:11.46) in school indoor history for the 500 meter dash at the JDL College Kick-Off
• ran a leg on the 4x400 relay (3:31.84), the third-fastest in school history at the UCS Invitational
• ran as a leg on the fourth-best indoor distance medley relay in school history (11:05.39) at the Indoor ODAC Championships
• competed in six outdoor meets, including one in the postseason
• ran his season best 400-meters race in 50.70 seconds at the Wolfpack Invitational at N.C. State University. Guilford’s fastest of the year and fifth-best in school history
• ran on the 4x400 relay at the Seahawk Invitational, which ran the seventh-best time in school history in 3:26.56

Personal:

• ran varsity cross country for two seasons at Bassett High School under coach Daniele Reavis
• was cross country captain of his team in 2012, making First Team All District in 2012
• played soccer at Guilford
• four-time member of Guilford's Student-Athlete Honor Roll
• named to the 2014-2015 Academic All-ODAC Team 
• two-time dean's list student
• played at Patrick Henry Community College (PHCC) from 2012-2014 & named PHCC's 2014 Athlete of the Year
• member of the PHCC Student Leadership Cabinet
• recognized by the National Junior College Athletic Association for superior academic achievement
• earned four varsity letters for soccer under coach Larry Wylie at Bassett High School
