Biography
2015-2016:
- Had a season best in the 400 m dash (53.65), placing 6th on the team
- Also ran as a leg on the 4 x 400 m relay (3:31.84) at the UCS Invitational, the 3rd fastest in school history
- Also ran as a leg on the fourth fast indoor distance medley relay in school history (11:05.39) at the Indoor ODAC Championships, scoring five points
- competed in four meets in the outdoor season
- ran his season best time in the 800-meter run in 2:04.30 at the Seahawk Invitational at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he placed sixth
- also ran a leg on Guilford’s 4 x 400 relay team, which ran the seventh best time in school history in 3:26.56 seconds
