• competed in five outdoor meets in the spring
• ran a season-low 200 time of 23.98 seconds at the Southside Power & Fitness Invitational
• his best finish in the 400 came at the same meet where he notched the Quakers’ best time of the season (52.91)
• also ran the Quakers’ fastest 800 (2:04.49) and threw the javelin for the Quakers
• competed in five meets this winter
• team-leading 400-meter time of 53.58 seconds ranked 14th at the ODAC Championships
• recorded Guilford’s top 800 time (2:09.53) at the Finn Pincus Invitational

2015-16

• had a season best in the 400-meter dash (52.69) at the ODAC Indoor Championships, Guilford's second-fastest time of the year
• ran a leg on the 4x400 relay (3:31.84), the third-fastest indoor mark in school history, at the UCS Invitational
• ran a leg on the fourth-fastest indoor distance medley relay in school history (11:05.39) at the ODAC Indoor Championships, scoring five points
• competed in five outdoor meets
• ran his personal best in the 400-meter dash (52.30) at the ODAC Outdoor Championships
• ran a leg on Guilford’s 4x400 relay, which ran seventh-best in school history in 3:26.56

2014-15

• participated in six indoor and six outdoor meets as a Quaker
• ran on Guilford’s 4x400 team that set the indoor school record (3:27.83) at the USC Invitational and finished third
• ran a season best in the 400 (53.06) the USC Invitational
• clocked his season best in the 800 (2.07.70) at the Winston-Salem State University Open
• part of Guilford’s distance medley relay team (11:15) at the Hilton Garden Invitational  that ran the fifth fastest indoor mark in school history, placing 14^th
• set his season best in the 400 (53.47) at the Highpoint VertKlasse Meeting
• ran a personal best in the 800 (1:59.02) at the ODAC Outdoor Championships and finished eighth

2013-14

• Indoor
  • competed in six meets as a sprinter and middle-distance runner
  • had the fastest 400-meter on the team (53.11)
  • his 2:12.36 in the 800 was a team best
• Outdoor
  • participated in five outdoor meets as a sprinter
  • finished fourth at the Jopson Invitational in the 400-meter dash (52.56), and sixth in the 100 (12.28)
  • ran a personal-best time of 24.03 in the 200 at the Wake Forest Open
  • achieved a personal-best in the 100 (12.18) at the Jopson Invitational
  • part of Guilford’s 4x100 relay team that set the school record (44.03) at the ODAC Championships
  • on Guilford’s 4x400 relay team that ran the sixth-fastest time (3:30.09) in school history

• four-time member of Guilford's Student-Athlete Honor Roll
• four-year cross country letter winner for the Quakers
• serves as treasurer for Guilford's Forensic Biology Club
• member of the Outdoors Club and works on campus as a groundskeeper
• studied in Rwanda in January 2016
• lettered two years in track at Steinbrenner High School
• helped his 4x400m team make regionals twice
