2015-2016:

  • had a season best in the mile run (5:53.59) at the Indoor ODAC Championships
  • also a ran a season best in the 3000m run (11:32.38) at the JDL Kickoff Invitational
  • competed in four meets in the outdoor season
  • ran a season best in the 800-meter in 2:38.12 the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Outdoor Championships, nine seconds faster than his previous mark
  • ran a season best in the 1500-meter in 5:37.17 at the Dr. Jack Tom's Invitational at Lynchburg College

Personal:

  • named to Guilford's Fall 2015 Student Athlete Honor Roll
  • also lettered with the school’s track and field team
  • helped Cedar Ridge High School to state track title in 2012 and 2013
