2016-17

• competed in two outdoor meets and recorded Guilford’s fastest times in the 1500 and 5000
• posted both times at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Championships
• his 1500 time of 4:27.52 placed 16^th at the meet and his 17:06.62 in the 5,000 placed 18^th
• competed in four indoor meets
• team-leading time of 16:53.20 seconds in the 5000 meters at the Finn Pincus Invitational placed seventh in the field
• led Guilford in the mile (4:52, Finn Pincus), and the 3000 (9:50.20, Vince Brown Invitational)

2016 Outdoor

• competed in five meets this spring
• ran his season best in the 5000-meter run in 16:50.69 at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational at Lynchburg College, the team’s fastest 5000-meter time this season
• ran the 1,500-meter run in 4:34.62 and finished 17^th at the North Carolina A&T Invitational, Guilford’s fourth fastest this spring
  

2015-16 Indoor

• ran Guilford’s third-fastest indoor mile (5:02.54) at the Captains Invitational
• clocked the team’s best 5000-meters time (16:37.06) at the ODAC Indoor Championships

Personal

• presented a poster at Guilford's 2017 Undergraduate Symposium on changes in the biodiversity of fish in the U.S. Virgin Islands
• twice named to the Academic All-ODAC Team
• five-time member of Guilford's Student-Athlete Honor Roll
• four-time dean's list student
• runs cross country for Guilford 
• member of Guilford's Honors Program
• volunteers with a local homeless ministry, Church Under the Bridge
• lettered four years under coach Edward Shepherd at Roanoke Catholic School
• twice earned all-state Catholic School recognition
