2009: A defensive-midfielder... picked up 30 ground balls and caused 10 turnovers in 15 games, all career highs... best performances came in against Shenendoah and Virginia Wesleyan when he picked up five ground balls and caused two turnovers in both games... had at least one ground ball on 12 different occasions... 2008: Caused seven turnovers as a reserve defender... 2007: Appeared in 12 games... Personal: Three-time member of Guilford's Student-Athlete Honor Roll... won four varsity letters at Saint Andrews Episcopal School under coach Chris Mele... all-star game participant… all-district selection and honorable mention all-state pick… serves on Guilford's Student Athlete Advisory Committee... son of Ben and Sandy Heimsath… criminal justice major…history minor.
