ROUND 2 RESULTS

With sunshine and no rain in the forecast, the Guilford College men's golf team looked to bounce back in the second round of the NCAA DIII Golf Championship. The Quakers did such as they posted a low round of the day with a score of 283 (-5). 

Junior Sam Davidson paced Guilford with a round of 69 (-3) and currently sits tied for eighth overall with a two-day total of 142 (-2). Michael Vick and Parker Cumbea also finished under par for the day as they carded a pair of 71. Vick is tied for 14th while Cumbea is tied for 87th.

James Alden was the fourth lowest round of the day with an even-par, 72. Evan Mendyk completed the top five with a score of 74 for the second round. The two Quakers sit tied for 98th and 51st, respectively.

Overall, Guilford is tied for seventh with a two-day total of 580. Tee times and pairings for the third round have yet to be announced. For more information, click here.
