The Guilford College men's tennis team concluded the regular season with a match against Randolph-Macon. The Quakers defeated the Yellow Jackets, 7-2.
In doubles action, the lone victory for Guilford came from
Dominik Pocrnja and
Andrew Ferris (No. 3) by the score of 8-2.Â
At singles, the Quakers took control of the match.
Jay Montague (No. 1) won in straight sets 6-1 and 6-3 while
Drake Schreiber (No. 2) won by the scores of 6-2 and 6-0.Â
Ferris and
Evan Wong won their respective matches in straight sets with scores of 6-1, 6-4 and 6-0, 6-2, respectively.
Tye Sasser (6-0, 6-0) and Pocrnja (6-1, 6-1) rounded out the singles matches.
Guilford will await to find out the pairings for the Old Dominion Athletic Conference tournament.
