ASHLAND, Va. - Jaclyn Nucci scored her fourth goal in five matches in Guilford College's 2-0 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) soccer win at Randolph-Macon College Saturday.
Gabrielle Lahowitch converted a penalty kick with 15 seconds left in regulation to help the Quakers (8-3-2, 3-0-2 ODAC) improve to 7-1-2 in their last 10 matches.
Guilford outshot Randolph-Macon (5-3-1, 3-1 ODAC), 11-6, and had a 4-3 edge in corner kicks. The Yellow Jackets' Cecilia Quinonez made four saves in goal. Guilford's Amy Baker had one stop for her second shutout of the season.
The Quakers visit league-rival Lynchburg College Wednesday (10/5) at 4:00 p.m.
