Guilford Drops 12-10 Men's Lacrosse Game With Birmingham Southern

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Guilford College's men's lacrosse team fell to Birmingham Southern College Saturday, 12-10, in nonconference action.

The match was played at the Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center.

Senior Greg Nash paced the Quakers' offense with four goals, one shy of his season high, plus two assists. Chris Ashcraft added three scores. Nick Mann had two assists for the Quakers (2-1). Nick Huckins picked up a team-high six ground balls.

The Panthers (3-1) raced to a 7-1 halftime lead and led, 10-6, after three quarters. Conor Perine scored three goals. Birmingham Southern has won three straight.

Guilford returns to action next Saturday (3/3) at Berry College.
